I was treated with kindness, compassion, and with Love. I appreciate everyone at Crossroads Treatment Center. The staff there have already helped me in getting my life back together. Even though it is a day by day process. I’m blessed to have Crossroads part of my recovery and I couldn’t ask for more.

I will start by saying how great the staff is there everyone is always so friendly helpful polite and professional if I have a question I always receive a answer it’s always nice and clean and when at the window Nurse are polite and professional and they always get you in and out quickly nobody ever looks down on you they treat you with respect and all the counselors always take the time to say hello and ask how you are doing Thank You Michael

The entire staff at Columbia SC (Bluff Rd) are phenomenal. From the security guard to the nurses to the facility director are friendly and easy to talk to. I don't feel like just a number there.

New counselor, Mrs. Crystal, is everything! Super friendly, easy to talk to, she's fast and efficient and yet takes the time to focus on your needs as well. So much better than the last counselor I had. I've been coming here for 8 years now, and I have been bounced around from counselor to counselor. This has left me feeling hopeless, as if there is no point in trying with the counselors anymore. Crossroads is the best clinic l have ever been to.I have been to three other clinics two were just guest dosing one was another one in the Columbia area.Crossroads is by far the better clinic!!!!!

The process was very long for intake but the people that work here are awesome! Very friendly and caring!

I’ve been to two other clinics and did not have any success until I came to Crossroads of Columbia. From the doctor, office administrators, counselors, nurses, and all of the people that work there, everyone is there to help you grow and stay committed to your recovery. Also, unlike the other experiences I’ve had, they will support you when you are ready to be off of a MAT plan or adjusting it depending on where you are in your recovery and when you feel you’re ready.
