Overall I have had a good experience, I have had 3 different counselors in one year. I do feel as if the counselors are using this place as a steppingstone to their career. Not a bad thing, it is however tough to get to know one counselor. Open up and share with them and learn to trust them, only to be passed off to someone new. I don’t know if it’s a monetary issue or management. It is a great program and I have a so so normal life again thanks to your program. My recent contact was a standard phone check on. The nurse was very professional, brief and to the point. The call was routes through several switchboard, eventually to the comic I was calling. After reaching then clinic everyone was efficient and professional.

I gave it one star only bc i had to in order to write this. This place is a joke! They are only there to collect a paycheck. If this is our only form of "help" in Columbia...God help us! The fake person in the back office that has the audacity to call herself a "counselor" ought to be ashamed. She pretended to care and made promises to do everything in her power to advocate for me and when it came time to produce....she's conveniently out sick. They literally failed me. Still no regard on people needing to get to work. You can buffer time get their early and sit and listen to nurses talk complain about counselor make responses inappropriate. If you work don’t start this treatment sad! Can’t keep a job under this poor process and lack of care
