I always have a great experience! Dr. Sharp is very caring and understanding! He genuinely cares about his patients! I drive 40 mins to stay with you guys when there are options closer to me. The zoom appointments make things alot easier and faster...there has been much improvement compared to when I first started going to ARS (Crossroads) 3 years ago ..I am very dedicated to my recovery and with the improvement on their part it makes things easier on my part !! Thank you to all health care providers at crossroads I appreciate it especially with covid going on ...thanks for a safe experience...

Always professional and caring. The doctors and staff are always helpful and when I call they always answer and are very helpful. This place has saved my life and I’m truly grateful for them.

My experience has been great so far. The only thing I would say negative is that some of the phone representatives were so miserable and short when making my appointments.. some have been fantastic!! One especially, but can't remember her name right now.
