I was told I had two dirty swabs… I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have never once tested dirty. I feel the doctor was not willing to actually hear and listen to my concerns that numerous people even your nursing staff have been saying since the swabs were switched to new ones people tests have been incorrectly showing dirty. I like to believe there is reason behind what I am being asked to do and I feel as though each months subsequent visit brings a new Dr and they do not seem to read my file from the last Dr's notes. I also am dissapointed with how most Dr's speak to me and how I am forced to explain my elaborate back story each and every visit, furthermore my intentions and other medications are pulled into question and I am left wondering about the professionalism of the institute and it's decision makers post every visit

I was told to come in to my office of cranberry township of Pittsburgh Pa after calling and speaking with everyone I could to tell them I had been positive with COVID 19 and did have a positive Covid tests, I had pleaded with the people on the office number, and crossroads number and told them that I had Covid 19 because I did not have my medication but yet they paid no positive attention to my urgent matter I was very upset that I still had to come into the office being as contagious and whatnot, I felt so horribly for oth... read more

The doctors here allow me to tell my truth without it interfering with my treatment I don’t know if I would be alive today if it were not for them. I simply tell them my truth and if it were not for the help of all of them I wouldn’t be where I am today so thank you

I waited four hours on zoom waiting for a doctor to come on. They also keep switching doctors and I don't appreciate it. I have to retell my life story every doctor, which is not something I want to rehash

It was nice when I first started going you would be in and out in 10-15 minutes and it was nice with the zoom call visits for all of us that are doing good we should only have to come in every other visit and do the zoom in between instead of having to come in once a month but the doctor that was there she was nice but very very very slow I was there for over an hour and that's just ridiculous
