I was extremely late for work because I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen by the Dr. I get that I’m an addict in recovery and my time may not be as important as your time, but the cranberry office is supposed to close at noon and I was still there waiting at 12:30 to be seen by the dr. I have been going to this clinic for a few years and I’m not one to complain but this is the 2nd month in a row that I had to wait longer than an hour to be seen on a Saturday. I have been going to the same place since June 2017, there have been a few occasions when I really needed a telavisit,and it was like sheer hell trying to get anyone to be able to accommodate my request, meanwhile as they needed us to do our appointments from home that was all great,but if we have an emergency and need to do a phone /video ,they gotta get permission? Feel sorry for receptionist they dont deserve to be treated badly they are not of problems just need to make sure that they keep scheduled appts correctly
I had an appointment set for 10:50Am and waited until 2pm on the zoom call. Every time I called the main number they just kept telling me I was next and then I would wait for another hour . Usually my experience is fast and great
