I was running a fever so I had to cancel my appointment. When I called a few hours later to reschedule, I was told they couldn't get me back into the facility I go to, til Monday, it was Wednesday! The lady I spoke to asked if I could go to another facility, but I didn't know of any others. She told me there was one about 45 mins away & they couldn't get me in until Friday. I went to my appointment this weekend and there was all new worker there and the lady tried saying my copay was $40 dollars my copay has always been $20 dollars and my insurance hasn’t changed so I tried calling the main number and the lady said nothing showing up how can my appointment history not be showing up when I been going there for years and have paid the same

I was late for my appointment because the battery was dead in my car when i went to leave. I called to let them know, I was on my way. When I arrived, I was told that the Dr probably wouldn't see me because of me being late she would go find out. She came back saying she wouldn't because she was already running behind. She was running behind because she moved all her appts from Monday to Saturday because of the holiday. I couldn't even reschedule my appt in the office I had to call a call center to do it. The doctor I seen this time was extremely through and wasn’t as dismissive as the other doctor I was seeing there.
