I was arrested at the beginning of October which resulted in my prescription being destroyed at the jail and when I called to have them replaced I was given a new appointment however I had got the time wrong and when I showed up to your office in the afternoon you had closed that day at noon so I missed my appointment and called back for another appointment to which they told me I couldn’t get in for over a week later so I was left with no medicine for over 2 1/2 weeks which resulted in me relapsing

I was to be seen at 11am. I wasn’t seen until 12. Appointments should be kept on time and never should be delayed an hour like that.
I had to wait for longer than was necessary and when I did get seen by the doctor the secretary scheduled me in for the wrong day and I had to bring it up to the doctor in order to fix it.

My appointment is always on Sunday and the guy at the desk made it for Saturday next month I asked why and he said we are closed Sunday and even the Dr asked why are we closed and he got rude with the Dr and said because we are So I called the main phone number and they told me they are open Sunday plus I never got the confirmation text For my next appointment and I usually have that before I leave the Dr office I need Sunday appointments because of my work hours Kinda of Disappointed

I told her I was going out of town for a funeral she agreed to give me a televised visit then she called me telling me no I needed to come into the office

I ended up missing my scheduled appointment on Friday, February 19th. It was a late appointment and I ended up having to work late. I called to reschedule and was rescheduled at the Erie office rather than my home office in Johnstown. It was scheduled for 10:25am on zoom and I joined zoom for my appointment around 10:15, I waited for an HOUR and still hadn’t been seen. You should really have your employees be consistent about what you need to be seen I had a tellamed appointment and showed the lady I only had a paper copy of my id she said that was fine I had my appointment went to my follow up in person and they told me I couldn’t be seen without a hard copy of my Id so now I can’t get the help in need so started the medicine and now I’m going to have to go back to using because of the withdrawal

Improved greatly, i use to hate going in, why it doesn’t bother me as much now because they don’t have 40 people waiting. I don’t like anybody knowing my business. But now there is only one or 2. Must Be under new leadership because there is a more professional outlook:.... A+
