Very friendly and kind staff I like that I’m dealing with people that have been through an addiction before because they tend to be able to serve you better and no more what you’re going through.

Business response:

Thank you so much for your kind words, Jennifer. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.

For us people who aren’t Medicaid patients, the clinic is bleeding us dry financially. There’s NO assistance for us which isn’t right. My family only pays $800 a month which is more than my mo they living expenses. It was manageable before the global pandemic that has left my husband without work and me with minimal hours. You would think it wouldn’t cost over 5 grand a year for medication to help us stay sober. It’s just wrong.

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Caroline. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that the standard was not met in your interaction with us. Please contact our patient liaison at (864)626-4420, and we'd be happy to assist you.

The new app check in isn’t working, it’s going to cause wrecks people trying to check in while driving. The people that don’t have cell phones end up standing in line for a long time while people in the back of the line are getting called in. They don’t take my insurance and it is costing a lot of money.

I hate it anymore and how I’m being treated by Certain people. I’m dozing off because I want to be off methadone. And I feel like because of that or because of certain other reasons I’m being treated differently and it’s not right.

I love everyone there. Any problems I have ever or am currently possibly having, is and are completely chalked up to my addictions and always the fault of my doing. I blame no one except myself. Anyway I have a request. People such as my sister who has her meds paid for by medicaid. So that is free to her. Medicaid is paid by mine and everyone else out there that pays tax’s. So in essence, I pay for my meds for the last three years because I pay cash and do not have Medicaid and I also pay for my sisters and everyone else’s ... read more
