I love this place only place I've been able stay clean for 12 yrs. it saved my life. Love most the staff I've been with crossroads since it first opened its door in Greensboro. So I've seen a lot of turn around. I've only had one bad experience I won't mention it because it had nothing to do with croSroads just people gathering at the dark end of building where handicap parking is after they doSe and it makes me uncomfortable coming out with 30 take homes. I love this place, the facilities are clean and the people are very friendly sometimes they can be a little harsh if you don’t know what’s going on so you gotta learn the rhythm pretty fast but once you got it down everyone is very warming and family like; it’s very fast and easy; in there at 5 AM every morning and walking out the doors no later than 5:20 and that’s having to do a drug screen or having to talk to my counselor, I haven’t used drugs one time since I came to crossroads and I couldn’t be happier

Very great full for the help and makes sure I’m ok thanking about me to make sure I’m ok it really means a lot so much I like my new counselor I miss my old one tho but the guy I have now he is ok makes me feel comfortable I’m not Really that is sociable but he made me feel very relaxed and good and comfortable so I’m very happy with the opportunity that I have with being with Crossrds they’re really strict to make sure that every person is OK

The app to let people check in sooner (within 500 ft) is better, but that means that a ton of people have to wait out in the scorching sun to be let in still. Clients can wait up to 15 mins in a line barley subjected to “social distancing” and sweat to death bc only so many people can go in at a time. Bless the people that work at the clinic bc they are doing the best they can. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I always feel like i can talk about anything with any of the staff. The place is clean and they are doing great during this pandemic. I have been there 5 years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

It’s was mediocre. Everyone there seems to be a bit burned out with a “whatever “ attitude. Except for Alvin and my counselor-Laura. She went above and beyond to help me!! She was really great!! If I had a question and she didn’t know, she walked with me around the facility to get the answer and the help I needed!!
