Ok, need to go back to the three days a week every other day for mon wed fri and then give them weekends. It really works and helps a lot for people on phase 1 and will increase retention and increase chance that they will be able to stick with the program and complete without losing any benefits of regular visits.

My counselor is very nice and easy to talk to. In fact, most of the staff are very nice and pleasant to be around. Many of the clients are rude and impatient but that is to be expected. All in all, I love the place and the staff! It would be nice if they had a dosing line just for higher phases so that we don't hold up the line when getting our take-homes. Actually I’ve been a patient at Crossroads for 10 years give or take. I loved my counselor whom is now the program director at the location I attend. I moved to Richmond, Va for about 4 years in that time and loved the treatment I received so much and felt like Jamica Graham actually cared about my well being that I would drive 3 1/2 hours each way 1 or 2 times a month so I didn’t have to switch.
