I love the people here…most of them really try to help you. The nurses try to get you in & out so ur not waiting forever.

If you’re working the program then you won’t have a hard time here. Be open minded and stay true to your own recovery. If you actually want to get better, and are willing to make changes daily, then it’ll work for you. The counselors are attentive and supportive, admission ladies are more than kind. I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go, but recently it’s been a wonderful environment. Everything comes down to how the patients act, definitely has an affect on the day. Overall they work hard to keep the flow going.

Things are great at Crossroads…After being clean for 8 years I relapsed recently and of course was very upset and thought it was the end of the world! I was beating myself up, loathing myself, and extremely embarrassed! I felt like a failure! I thought Crossroads would judge me too and think of me as just another looser addict…BUT THEY DID NOT JUDGE ME AT ALL! My new counselor, the nurses, and the rest of the staff showed me a tremendous amount of grace! They truly helped me to just get back up and get on with my recovery ... read more
