The whole operation runs very smoothly now. There were times during summer when the lines/wait would be really long but that’s expected as we were dealing with the beginning stages of the pandemic. However everything runs very well now and has been since late summer. Everyone that works there are really friendly and helpful to me. They’ve drastically improved over the past year! Wait times are very minimal and my counselor, Melissa, is extremely helpful and resourceful. I’m happy with the improvements they’ve made over time.

I had to have surgery and Lisa P, the director, and the DON, my counselor Katie and Dr Ruth all went out of their way to make my monthly appt seamless and everything went off without a hitch. I am always treated with respect and I really appreciate it. I also have to give a shout out to Ms. Meleesa! Hope I didn’t misspell her name but she is awesome. It really makes my day whenever to see her and the rest of the staff.
