I'm a current patient at crossroad treatment in Middletown ky, used to be called ars treatment. Staff is super nice and there to help you and not judge your past which I like. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, Dr. Izabella is very nice and helpful also. Overall wonderful experience so far, 10/10 for me I would Definetly recommend and I wouldn't want to go to any other clinic after going to the Middletown ky location. Very wonderful experience

I went to the doctor on Tuesday they sent my prescription to CVS that my medicine was on back order they was not sure when it was coming in so I called the 800 number on Wednesday morning and I pushed the one for them to give me a call back they would call me back in the order that I called today's Friday and I still have not received a call back I needed my doctor to send my medicine to another pharmacy but thank God CVS finally got there then later that evening the next day so I'm all good now but if they wouldn't have got... read more

thank you for the opportunity to tell my story ... I am in Louisville Kentucky and I went to the Middletown center and I seen Dr Erica Ruth Tuesday. I am currently taking 60 mg of Adderall a day which I used to take 90 but have tapered off and I have been on Adderall for years and I was also on valium and I am almost 60 years old ..I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 16.. I was rescheduled without my knowledge. I had an appointment for 11:50am on Feb 11th. I drove to the appointment battling ice and bad roads to find out that the office was closed. I never revived a phone call or talked with anyone saying that my appointment was moved. They said they moved my appointment to Feb 9th and I was working that day so even if I got the message I couldn’t make the appointment. Had an appointment at 3 I came in early sign in at 2:37 2 people arrived after me and when it came time to see the doctor they took the two people that arrived before me first and I did not get out of the doctor it was past 3:40 I ask why they said their appointment was before mine
