Always very friendly and Dr Ruth truly cares about me and my wellbeing after losing a child and trying to keep sobriety as my number one priority.

I almost always see Dr Ruth, she is amazing. I lost my son in January and since then she talks to me and helps me understand a lot more about how to cope with my problems with my addictions. She is more than just my dr to me.

I feel like everyone treated me like I was somebody not like I was some loser the doctor and the social worker helped me out so much more than anybody has ever helped me and I want to thank you all for everything you all do for me each and every time I come in there God bless you all I go to the one in Middletown Kentucky I love my social worker and my doctor make me feel like their friend and they're listening to me that all everything that goes on with me it makes me feel like I'm somebody

Very compassionate physician, great office staff, very friendly and professional. It would be great if some appointments could be done by zoom or other teletherapy options, but I understand that some just can’t. I highly recommend this office.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Megan who was so sweet and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all. They actually seen me early. Dr Rey was awesome! He actually listened to me and was one of the most compassionate drs I have seen. From the time I made my appointment until I had my medication was less than 24 hrs. Thank you crossroads treatment!
