I am extremely happy with crossroads treatment center. They allowed a televisit when I had a COVID exposure. They always value my time, and Dr. Ruth is an awesome practitioner. I am so glad they exist and help with my recovery.

My experience is that I was in pain medicine from the time I was 17 to 33 all from a car wreck and from 33 to 37 u all have managed to keep my off of them so I would say that’s a win for both of us thank you for giving me a life back. I’m grateful

All the staff are awesome! They try to work with our schedule all they can. If I had a single complaint about the whole process in any way it would be the fact that they don't condone smoking cannabis, wether it be medical or recreational. Otherwise it's all thumbs up from me 5 stars all the way.

Great staff at the Middletown, KY office. They always are willing to work with me on appointments, even doing a tele visit during bad weather. I received compassionate and great care, I feel better today than I have in years. Highly recommend MAT from this office and program. R.B.S
