Not too many ppl in the waiting room which was great since the virus... Nobody told me my insurance changed from mouth swabs to piss test, so of course I wasn't ready for that... Thanks... Overall employees were nice and helpful

The woman who handled my intake, I think her name was Cindy, she did a wonderful job, really humanized the process I felt comfortable telling her about my past experiences.
