I love that the doctor I've been seeing shows that he actually cares about you as a patient and not about how many scripts he can write. I've mentioned to previous doctors I have seen about getting tapered off and they did not support me even though I had a few years clean and when I asked the doctor I've seen the past few times about it he supported me with it and didn't make it out to be that he just wanted to write scripts to get money. The all around experience was great! Everyone was very helpful and very nice! I would definitely recommend Crossroads to my family members and friends! I'm glad I was referred to them by my primary care doctor!

So I liked it here a lot actually and they were very kind however after a year they expect u to get off subs. Granted a lot of places do that. Also if they don't recognize your insurance your out they do not make sure they actually can't take it. (I have apostrophe). All and all it's a good place though if it wasn't for those few things. I would still like to be able to go back here just afraid now it's impossible. I'm over a year already and my insurance unless they are willing to talk to them and set it all up I'm screwed.
