I had a zoom call yesterday with the doctor at 5 PM, I was never given a zoom ID number to contact them so I called the receptionist she provided me with the ID number but nobody answered so I called the Receptionist back four times which I was hung up on each time

I can’t really give a good review just yet for I’m going through withdraws tomorrow will be day two of this shit cause the doctor says I got to go 3 days before treatment so I really can’t give a good review at this time sorry I guess time will tell

That lady was so rude to me she made me feel like a child she was yelling at me she was talking over me she told me to shut up that I was talking over her when i couldn’t really hear her an I told her that Multiple times she made me feel so little from her actions she was so so nasty

Dr Glover told me within the 1st 20 seconds of appointment I was being discharged for not having suboxone in my system for my last two drug screens!!! Funny part is I have never been on suboxone I’ve been on vivitrol shot monthly injections so there would be no reason for me to have suboxone in my system!!! My dr in cranberry was closed on my injection day due to flooding in office so they did a zoom app with dr glover so I could get revia until my next injection dr glover didn’t know what revia was he said so you want subox... read more

It is ridiculous that I got through 3 different people and an hours worth of paperwork before being asked relevant questions that led me to realize this was not the facility that I needed. I needed a psychiatrist. I found one on my insurance website and called the number associated. NO ONE at any moment mentioned it being a support system designed for those with substance abuse history. This is ridiculous if I'm charged for the failings of other people. I scheduled my first call and they called twenty minutes past the time. We rescheduled for the next day and I never received a call. I am still waiting on my first consultation call. It is hard enough to seek the courage to get help but frustrating when you are treated like a number. I hope this is an aberration and not the normal way you help potential clients.

Refused to work with me on work schedule. Rude, condescending, and down right mean staff and doctors.
