New Castle office is fantastic, especially Caitlyn! However, the lab tech mixed my drug screen with someone else’s. Thankfully the staff and doctors know I’ve been clean for years and can look back on all my negative screens but if I was new this could have really affected me negatively. Now I watch her label my screen and bag it. Everyone makes mistakes but you have to be extra careful when you’re dealing with people in recovery, especially those who are newly in recovery.

The staff at the New Castle office go above and beyond!! I love the in person Dr Kathy and I think that Caitlyn C (i hope i’m spelling it right) is #1 in my book, from helping me get into rehab to checking up on me and when i got back home and got a job she helped schedule me so i didn’t have to miss work!! All the staff are kind and sweet and very helpful!!! I’m doing really well now and i believe this place and especially Caitlyn are some of my biggest factors!
