The team of people working at Crossroads including every worker I met there during my transfer was absolutely helpful , comforting, and made the intake/transfer such an easy process and I felt cared for every moment I was there. I am so thankful for Crossroads and all the people that work at the Toms River location including the Doctor. Thank you so much.

Aside from having to sign off on something which marks me as a drug user (this being the result of not being able to pee in a cup), everyone was friendly and super helpful.

My counselor always speaks no matter what time I come in and what she has going on she always makes time to make sure that I’m ok and that I don’t need to talk and if I do literally drops what she is doing to listen to my complaints and it goes a long way the way the treatment is there.Compared to other facilities that I’ve been to this one is the best all because of Tara and also the first person you see when walking in Luke always has a smile and greets me in a way that doesn’t make me feel embarrassed for being there

I don’t like being on the medication, though I like that it’s changed my life for the better. If not for you guys, I don’t know where I would be. One thing that is discouraging is the replacement of so many directors. I opened up to one director, Omar, and he was/ is one of the best directors I’ve met. He cared about the client, we weren’t just a number to him. I absolutely love Ellen, our new director. I haven’t really opened up yet, but In time I’m sure I will. My experience there was far better than I ever experienced at any treatment center. Every single person there goes about and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. My councilor Tara has not only helped me get clean but also stay clean. She also taught me it’s more than getting clean it’s also about recovery and I’m recovering everyday I go. You pieces of SHIT pass judgement on me and take my take home bottles away and call it a BULLSHIT medical decision just because I have a hard time sleeping???? Time to find a new place to go where people UNDERSTAND that different people have DIFFERENT ISSUES!!!!
