I love the staff especially my counselor Tara Clifford!! She is the absolute best !! The rest of the staff are great as well and they really care about their clients including myself and my husband since we both are clients at crossroads ..
I’ve always given you 5 stars. Today, my feelings of the center I attend, are different. I’ve watched 3 clinical directors come and go. The first one, incompetent and showed no compassion. The second OMAR, came in and changed the entire atmosphere. He showed compassion, loyalty, and respect to each and every one of us. We weren’t treated as a number, but as a human. Out of all the clinics that ive been to crossroads is hands down the best and to be honest it's because of my counselor Tara Clifford .. If it wasnt for her being so real with me and personable where i can tell her just about everything idk where I would be. Other places your just a number and they try to get you in and out quickly for their next client to come in and move on with their day .. I was also the second client of crossroads to have a MAT baby and my daughter didn't have to stay in the hospital for more than 4 day... read more

I’ve been to a few clinics and this has been one of the best. I followed someone here who has helped me in my recovery for years. Tara my counselor is amazing and the staff is incredible. I’m glad I changed my last clinic. I feel I am a person here and not a number like all the rest
