My experience with the entire process with Crossroads was smooth. The first visit was on Zoom. My second was in the Kensington office. Everyone was very helpful and you knew they knew there job and performed it well. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone needing their services. I actually referred a Friend to go there already and they had a great experience too. Thank you for NOT making people feel like a junkie, fern, or a loser. Judy and Marissa and the other worker which I forgot her name were very very nice and treated me like a human being .. Also the dr was very nice and helped me with e- mailing my prescription that they were ready when got to drug store . And if I can help out anyone I know I will tell them to try cross roads. Things have gotten somewhat better as far as the dosing room wait, but there are other things that continue to be an issue Still seeing a high turnover with Nurses. Again, pay, incentives and rotating weekends will make a big difference. It is noticeable when itās down to 2 Dosing Nurses. Another BIG issue- When a Counselor is out, we are told to find an available Counselor and thatās not always easy.
