My experience with the entire process with Crossroads was smooth. The first visit was on Zoom. My second was in the Kensington office. Everyone was very helpful and you knew they knew there job and performed it well. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone needing their services. I actually referred a Friend to go there already and they had a great experience too. Thank you for NOT making people feel like a junkie, fern, or a loser.
