Judy and Marissa and the other worker which I forgot her name were very very nice and treated me like a human being .. Also the dr was very nice and helped me with e- mailing my prescription that they were ready when got to drug store . And if I can help out anyone I know I will tell them to try cross roads. Things have gotten somewhat better as far as the dosing room wait, but there are other things that continue to be an issue Still seeing a high turnover with Nurses. Again, pay, incentives and rotating weekends will make a big difference. It is noticeable when itās down to 2 Dosing Nurses. Another BIG issue- When a Counselor is out, we are told to find an available Counselor and thatās not always easy. Yes they will see you when free, but very seldom does another Counselor tackle the task at hand but rather push it out, and ...Ā read more
