I requested regular tablets for my cat via email - I received a reply very quickly and another email when they were ready to be collected. They're always friendly and efficient

As always expiwnce was great staff were, kind, helpful, efficient and fred and I were very happy with treatment. It was a last minute appointment, but now Fred has nice neat claws and can sneak up on me as I can no longer hear her coming across the carpet
My cat was very well looked after. I was also made very aware of procedure before and after surgery.

I rushed Storm to your Streatham Branch on Tuesdsy 10th December with a broken leg.Unfortunately the right back leg was removed, the operation was successful. The treatment from the surgeon and the nurse also Receptionist was superb. Extremely understanding and very sympathetic to me. I could not pay£ 2100 and was some how refused a payment plan. But the Manager allowed me to pay half then and trusted me to pay £1100 in January. I am so happy I moved my 3 cats over to you. Really brilliant!
Vet was very helpful and took the time to explain Milos situation. Seen on time and reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
