Very pleased with the professional manner that the vet handled our two cats. He was friendly and paid good attention to all we said.

6 month health check under Pet Care Plan. Took just about 5 minutes from going into the room to leaving it. This check is overstated as worth £45 under Pet Care Plan. Checking elsewhere 15 minutes is the norm. While I'm here, I've never been given the toy stated as part of the Pet Care Plan either. I love Mel the vet and Wendy the receptionist they are both caring and understanding Luna loved them too in fact all the staff are great
I did not recieve the surgery prep information in a timely manner and had to call the emergency vet the day before to ask when I should stop feeding prior to surgery. This information should be provide a week (not hours) in advance, particularly re lungworm treatment. I was informed a blood test would cost 'about £40' when it was actually over £90. Details of potential extra costs (e.g. IV fluids) should be provided in advance. My concerns relate solely to information sharing and transparency. The nurse caring for mavis was ... read more
