I rushed Storm to your Streatham Branch on Tuesdsy 10th December with a broken leg.Unfortunately the right back leg was removed, the operation was successful. The treatment from the surgeon and the nurse also Receptionist was superb. Extremely understanding and very sympathetic to me. I could not pay£ 2100 and was some how refused a payment plan. But the Manager allowed me to pay half then and trusted me to pay £1100 in January. I am so happy I moved my 3 cats over to you. Really brilliant!

Wrong flea treatment given, called the vets to advise of this last Monday. They said the vet needs to prescribe the correct one and it will be ready for collection on Thursday. Thursday the meds are not ready, will be ready on Friday. Friday still hadn’t been done, was guaranteed a call back. No one called! Called them again and they promised it would be done and I’d get a call back to confirm. No one called!
