Wrong flea treatment given, called the vets to advise of this last Monday. They said the vet needs to prescribe the correct one and it will be ready for collection on Thursday. Thursday the meds are not ready, will be ready on Friday. Friday still hadn’t been done, was guaranteed a call back. No one called! Called them again and they promised it would be done and I’d get a call back to confirm. No one called! 6 month health check under Pet Care Plan. Took just about 5 minutes from going into the room to leaving it. This check is overstated as worth £45 under Pet Care Plan. Checking elsewhere 15 minutes is the norm. While I'm here, I've never been given the toy stated as part of the Pet Care Plan either.
