We always have a warm welcome at the reception. The vet listen and discuss all the problems. Very friendly staff.

Wrong flea treatment given, called the vets to advise of this last Monday. They said the vet needs to prescribe the correct one and it will be ready for collection on Thursday. Thursday the meds are not ready, will be ready on Friday. Friday still hadn’t been done, was guaranteed a call back. No one called! Called them again and they promised it would be done and I’d get a call back to confirm. No one called! 6 month health check under Pet Care Plan. Took just about 5 minutes from going into the room to leaving it. This check is overstated as worth £45 under Pet Care Plan. Checking elsewhere 15 minutes is the norm. While I'm here, I've never been given the toy stated as part of the Pet Care Plan either. I did not recieve the surgery prep information in a timely manner and had to call the emergency vet the day before to ask when I should stop feeding prior to surgery. This information should be provide a week (not hours) in advance, particularly re lungworm treatment. I was informed a blood test would cost 'about £40' when it was actually over £90. Details of potential extra costs (e.g. IV fluids) should be provided in advance. My concerns relate solely to information sharing and transparency. The nurse caring for mavis was ... read more
I book for today 16:30 pm a health check to my dog and my mom just came 5 mins late and they don’t wanted attend her so I feel disappointed about this I have to schedule again
