I have been a customer of Cubby Oil Co. for over 30 years. We started with them when the company was being managed by Charles Dad and Uncles. They have always been top notch, high quality and punctual. It's nice to see these values have carried through to the next generation. If you are looking for the least expensive company out there, don't waste your time calling them. If you are looking for THE BEST CO out there, you have found them.
My burner cleaning was scheduled between twelve and two o'clock. John arrived at 12:45 and was very polite and very considerate of my home. He kept me informed of what he was doing and communicated important information about my heating system. John left my boiler room very clean. He is a good representative of Cubby Oil Company.
I had my 28 year old cooling system replaced by Cubby Oil. It was a huge job and I couldn't be happier with my new system. It was up and running on the first 80+ day this year and it worked perfectly! Charlie and Paul came out last fall to price the system, then returned just before they started the job to order equipment. They were very professional and considerate of my busy schedule when planning to start the job. GREAT SERVICE.
My family had been with B&B Oil from Charlestown ,when Robert told us they were merging with Cubby we were concerned..We had many great years with B&B and just weren't sure what would happen now.Happy to say everything is very good..The guys are great and come when there is a problem and explain everything.
