Bill was our service man yesterday morning. He was early, which we liked. He was very polite, clean, and we hardly heard him in our basement working. He did his work, picked up his tools, told us he was finished, and then he left. A very kind gentleman. Gordon & Elaine Bourque
Nate is always professional but very kind and friendly. I feel very confident every time he comes to my house to do repair work and yesterday he came to clean my 2 Oil Heating Systems which is done every September. It is such a pleasure dealing with a gentleman and someone I feel comfortable opening my door to! He's a Great Guy and he sure "Knows his Stuff"!
Wonderful service..Bob C arrived on time and was very courteous..He explained all cleaning procedures to us..Bob explained procedures to keep our boiler clean and told us of parts that may need to be replaced in the future ..felt very confident with his advice and professionalism..Cubby Oil has been courteous and professional with all interactions . They have replied immediately the few times we have had a problem when the office is officially closed..We are highly recommending the company and Bob C
Bill arrived before suggested time -10:00 - 12:00 Noon - and I like early morning appointments. Bill introduced himself as soon as I opened the door. He lworked on my furnance from the time he arrived - around 9:20 a.m. until he finished about one hour later. I asked him a question about the furnace and he gave me a great answer . I would certainly recommend Cubby Oil and their service man. Bill, to my friends and neighbors.
