Each time I've contacted the office I've been greeted by a friendly and professional staff member. I was scheduled for an annual burner cleaning and was hoping to move the date up. The office staff contacted me when cancellations came in as I asked and was able to have the service provided earlier. The technician was friendly and answered questions I had. I'd recommend Cubby Oil to friends and family.
Bob was on time and very efficient servicing our burner. He did a very good job and took pride in keeping his work area neat. Very personable and loved our dog. He wanted me to come out to the my back yard when he was finished to make sure the gate closed tightly behind him so that our dog wouldn't get out which was very nice of him to care about that, not many people would. He was very personable and really seems to love his job and care about his his customers. Highly recommend Cubby Oil and Bob.
Cubby oil has been my service provider since I bought my house. Their technicians have always been polite and knowledgeable. If I've had a billing question, the front office helps me out. And when I've had equiptment questions, I've gone right to Charlie- And he's come to my home to explain options. Cubby Oil is my longest continuing relationship! Lol
