Cubby oil is very good for all your needs. Bob C came to clean my mothers boiler. Did very good work
Ron was very helpful and did a great job. He also gave some great pointers and advice about my heating and air conditioning system. It was very appreciated.
Ron installed a heat pump / AC system at my house. The service was top-notch, he took his time to make sure everything was working, explain how the system worked and after a while, I had further questions about the system and he came over again and didn't left until everything was perfect.

Had a service call and technician left knowing that not all radiators were working. Needed second service call and second tech couldn't get all radiators working and wSnt sure why first tech left it like that. Had third service call and finally got everything working, but paid through the nose. Not sure why I had to pay for first failed service call. When I called I was told it was because it was a "service call". Lesson learned, you pay even if they don't correct the problem. Very shocked by this.
I asked for a call 30 minutes before they were arriving and I wasn't called. I got a call that their guy was standing in front and couldn't get access. I didn't appreciate the stress associated with this.
Paul strong armed me in to allowing Scott C. to come on a Monday morning after I had left for work for the Service appointment. I had asked for a Saturday appointment. I had provided clear instructions to Paul that Scott should enter through the garage to get in to the house, and then to set the alarm once done. My daughter and I live alone, and intruders have been in our home before. My daughter was so scared once we got home after work/school at 7 PM when it was dark and the door to our home was wide open.
