I don't normally write out reviews, nor do I value reading lengthy ones as they are filled with opinions and circumstantial pieces. My experience with Robert, Hope and the entire Culhane group is easy to sum up. It was painless and literally easy. The entire home purchase and sale process is like enduring a root canal for me. Deonne was wonderful! She was easy to work with, pointed out details that we otherwise would not have thought of or seen. She had great energy making us feel like it was house hunt with a friend, yet still being very professional. From the start we felt like we were in good hands and ended that way, too!

I had acreage and a home to sell in New Braunfels.The place was still pretty rough when Eric came to see it. He was encouraging and did not pressure me into selling as is or try to rush me along. He immediately sent a consultant in to help me make a plan for finishing the restoration. I was doing this alone and he (Eric) gave me solid unbiased assistance on everything. We live in Wisconsin and wanted to buy a second home in Texas. We looked at a property that Culhane Properties was tied to, and they sent us an email and we had an instant connection. We worked with Allison for a year establishing a list of properties we were interested in, and we made a trip to Texas in April and spent 3 days traveling with her and put an offer in on a new build. Great people to work with. Needed to sell my house quick in a month when the market began to fall. Team stayed on top of it and able to sell for a negotiated price I was happy with in a down month.
