Assisted not only with selling our home in record timing, but also helped us find our new home, which was definitely a difficult task. We easily looked at between thirty and forty homes which all met our criteria, but finally when we are almost ready to give up found our house, which was exactly what we were looking for. This was without a doubt the smoothest home buying experience that I've ever had, as well as an extremely easy selling of our old home too.

Scott and Bart made selling our home a seamless process. We put our house on the market and went on vacation for a week. By the time we got back we had multiple offers. Professional and friendly. Our agent was through Culhane, but we actually ran across our home ourselves. My biggest fear was closing because my previous experience was horrible. However this was not the case everything went smoothly my mortgage was exactly what I was told. My closing was completed in about an hour, I think I was a little dizzy, because I went in expecting the worse and came out like a breeze. I highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Culhane Properties!! They are very professional and organized. Eric Engberg was our realtor and did an awesome job. He marketed our home beautifully, and we got a contract before it went live on mls. They whole team worked together wonderfully with us. We felt at ease and tended to every step of the way! This company is not your typical real estate firm.

Eric and Christiana guided us through the process from suggestion prior to placing the home on the market through the close. Our house was on the market one week. Barely had enough time to get everything packed and moved. What a problem! Thanks Eric and Christiana.
