I have been extremely impressed with this company from the start. The 3 people I have spoken to so far have been perfectly professional. Carey came to do the assessment. She was on time (important to me) and did a thorough inspection, including pictures of my roof situation. She then sat down with me and explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way. My Sales rep, Lance Fagan, was very informative about the GAF golden pledge lifetime warranty and the weather stopper system line of products for my roof. I was impressed with the presentation and feel that this roofing system is better than a normal installation and will increase the value of my home. Chris Salerno arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable about GAF roofing products and warranties and took the time to make sure we understood all aspects of a roof replacement project and answered all our questions. He took photos of the areas of concern and showed those to us during our appointment. I did not get the work done yet but was very impressed with the sales team of Hayley Westling and Sean Bond at a in home consultation.They were professional, punctual, honest and friendly. We had a bathroom shower done in April, even though it took some time for the materials to come, the shower turned out great! As an older couple we didn't need a 43 year old bathtub anymore. Love the shower! Now waiting for the other shower in 2nd bathroom to be done. It seems costly but the installation was excellent and the materials are as well. We especially appreciate that they are products of the USA.

Gabe Holden came out to my house to give me a bid on fixing my skylight. He was very professional and thorough. He took pictures and showed me what my roof looked like. It was evident I would need a new roof. Unfortunately as much as I liked what Gabe showed me the price was way out of my budget and I decided to use another company. I would just like to give Gabe credit for his amazing patience with me and for trying.
