The salesman was very informative and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable with the quality of the supplies as explained to me and the 50 year warranty. Great presentation. The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. Lance and Jessica have helped us twice in the last year for our roof, and now again for our siding project. They are a dynamic duo, and have the whole experience enjoyable. Carey Funk, our roofing specialist was awesome in explaining step by step in the whole process of our roof issue-she explained and showed us in detail with photos, making it easy to understand.

They were on time and worked literally nonstop for 13 hours. Unbelievable what they achieved in that time. Good communication and VERY careful w/ my yard & home. 2days to do what anyone else would do in 4. Extremely pleased w/ the product & DaBella as a company.

Value for the money is hard for me to rate accurately. Materials used were very high quality. Workmanship was excellent. We loved working with Marisa was a pleasure. She was so knowledgeable and professional. Others might do the job for less but I would guess corners would be cut or lower grade materials used. Da Bella crew was so well-trained and efficient. They were careful to apply flashing in all places needed.
