Was told my quote would change if I did not sign the day they came out. When I cancelled I got very mixed messages about if I can cancel and then I was charged the down payment after being told it was cancelled. Had to dispute payment with my bank and get a new bank card. Communication 0/5 stars. Still no confirmation this was truly cancelled. Was told not to get additional quotes and how bad the other companies were that I was getting quotes from. Will never do business with this company in the future.

I am so excited because I am replacing 3 windows at my house. My house is 20 years old and these windows were not energy efficient anymore. I could hear the noise from the outside more and more, seals were broken and getting worse with time. If anybody needs to replace windows, call E J Brackin at 775 525-1468.
