Dannyn and Katie witzig came to do an estimate for our windows. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.
Airon and Ethan did an excellent job of presenting the roofing system. They answered all my questions. The roofers showed up punctually each day and worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly each day. It would have been nice to know they were coming before they just showed up. The scheduler touched base in a phone call but never gave us an actual start date. Roof passed inspection with flying colors. Not to mention the 50 year warranty.
Honestly we had a good experience with dabella team and now we can say we are really happy with the results...
This company makes their employees going door to door work till 7pm. If there is a sign that says do not knock or ring the door bell you shouldn't! They don't keep track of how many times they go to the same house or they don't care. Multiple times 5-6:30p employees have come to my house interrupting dinner. Additionally, if you call the company around that same time they are already closed. Absolutely ridiculous! Sales representatives are rude and childish!! They don’t know that the word solicitation means then argue with you and say they are not selling anything!! They were throwing rocks at the vehicle that dropped them off and also hanging out the window off the side while driving down my private road. Is not a good look and I don’t want punks like that coming near my home.

doesn't recommend DaBella (Redding, CA). 3h · We had a DaBella salesperson out to give us an estimate on replacing the tub to a shower and they kept trying to pressure us into taking out a loan for over a half an hour for the project, and I kept saying NO I will deal with the bank myself on that. Was told my quote would change if I did not sign the day they came out. When I cancelled I got very mixed messages about if I can cancel and then I was charged the down payment after being told it was cancelled. Had to dispute payment with my bank and get a new bank card. Communication 0/5 stars. Still no confirmation this was truly cancelled. Was told not to get additional quotes and how bad the other companies were that I was getting quotes from. Will never do business with this company in the future.
