The whole experience with DaBella was outstanding. A very polite young man came to my door to ask of we would be interested in a new roof and since it was something we were already considering we scheduled a visit. The next day Mike Shaw came to our house and was extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and educational. The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
Dabella Exteriors did a great job on my Windows. Jeff Weigel, the rep, was very helpful in explaining the options. I like the lifetime warranty and that the installers are factory trained.
Work not being done until spring of 2016, so I cannot rate the work yet. Our sales person, Joel, was great. He and his manager went above board to help us get financed. Joel very knowledgable about the product. We like that it's insulated and has a 50 year warranty.
Jordan Richmond with Dabella Exteriors arrived on time and conducted a thorough detailed roofing inspection inside and out. He was vey professional yet personable with myself and family. I was provided the in depth description of Dabella's products and installation procedures. I was very impressed with their product quality...coming from a construction background myself. Dan and Jared have been great throughout the sales process. We have not had the roof installed yet, but feel that this was the best product for a great price. Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been professional, polite, and friendly. We are excited to replace our old shingle roof with DaBella. Will post an update once it is installed.
My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.
The roofing staff was very competent. There were only two and I can't believe how efficient they were. They were helpful and courteous and I don't believe I found even a leftover staple in my yard. The roof is beautiful and I get a tremendous amount of pleasure looking at it. The people who came to talk about the job were friendly and helpful.
