Two sales representatives from DaBella Exteriors LLC named Lance and Stephen came to my home in northeast Portland OR for an inspection, scheduled the day before during a neighborhood canvassing, of the 15-year old re-roof on the house and the detached garage. Replaced 40+ year old windows and can already tell the difference just with the noise reduction and less smells wafting through even when closed. I'm looking forward to winter because I know they'll keep out the cold and keep in the warm. The installers were excellent, paying attention to detail and answering questions I had with the process. They were considerate enough to clean up as they went along and worked with me to fulfill what was needed to apply for the cash incentive from Energy Trust.
The 50 year GAF warranty is assuring. The installers were professional and thorough.
