They don't stand by their word. My windows are 1 and a half years old. the trim around the glass is Turning yellow and orange. looks terrible! I called and got the run around! was told to contact the maker of the Windows. They told us when we bought them, if you have any problems, just call us. we will take care of it". now they want nothing to do with me! Buyer Beware we spent almost 17,000 we received damaged Windows they told us to have them installed and they would warranty them then they were installed in correctly we were lied to manipulated taken advantage of we have been in limbo and this has been dragged out going on our 3rd year there excuse for there actions is the Medford Branch has been through four General Mangers and we have no clue what they promised no return calls very unprofessional
