This is the company to go to for roofing!! Other than a few missed call backs on there part, they were some fine folks to deal with.Can`t write a complete review till we have been through a winter than I would be able to say more. But if I had to do over it would be DaBella Exteriors. But be prepared to pay a lot higher price. Sierra Marshall & Aleksandr Antonov were there pitch or sales people they were very helpful during there sales pitch.
We had Reve come out to give us a bid on windows, but they were way beyond our budget. They did, however, give us a quote for our roof which needed replacing. Our new roof is beautiful! The customer service was great, except that they were not forthcoming with their lead time. It was more than a month from the date of the bid to the start of the work. We were ok with the long lead time, we just wish they would have been up front about it.
They walked through what they will be doing, and once they started doing the job showed me what and how they are doing the job. I wanted old siding removed and new siding put on, I got want I wanted. With new windows and siding, my home feels so much better, and looks great
Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". Expensive but good work. Long time between order and installation.
DaBella moved in, attacked the project quickly and thoroughly. The only problem we had was that the truck filled with tear-off material was not very efficient at moving it out. They left the loaded truck on the street in front of our house over a weekend. Also, the tear-off crew had to quit working several times because the truck was full and they couldn't get a driver to haul stuff away and bring an empty truck. DaBella was very professional in their presentation and followthrough.
Make sure you get a final installment invoice!!!
Had roof done. now a shower install. can't wait until it's time. will update.
Our salesperson, Nicole, was excellent! She answered all our questions, and got us the best deal available. She followed up on the progress of our job, and stopped in to checkout the end product. Really superior customer service by Nicole! The installation crew showed up when they said they would and completed our entire job in less than 16 hours, over two days.
