Hard sale to start with. They subcontract the work which I did not know. The roof looks good but cutting my fascia boards was horrible cutting and the flashing work to siding was not good as my siding was cut back a lot. work was done by yiri roofing

Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
Good quality work
As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount. It's not a quick inspection. They take their time to make sure they do it right the first time.
The job was delayed due to snow, and took longer than was expected, but once it was done, it looks and works great!
I felt I was dealing with a car salesman when discussing price. The price was a moving target. The salesman adjusted it a few times and then called his manager. I do feel we ended with a fair price. If you use Reve (and that would OK) get their bid LAST because of the pressure to sign today for the best price. I THINK the roof is great. Ask me in a few years. The gutter people did 90% of the job. It is not the workers fault. The salesman did not estimate enough for the downspouts & gutters. I am sure the work will be complet... read more
