DaBella siding is an exceptional product, I recently purchased vinyl siding . My home looks outstanding and my neighbors continue to compliment the look. The DaBella representative Ian Wheeler made the experience so easy and with no pressure. He is very well versed in all of DaBella products. Jon Carter arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof, the details of the process, financing options and answered all my additional questions. Overall it was a professional hassle free experience.
The initial sales appointment was LONG and my bathtub seemed expensive, however I am very pleased with the product.
The sales team had the most knowledge of anyone I discussed the project with and made me feel confident in the level of quality - thank you Cole LaBar and Jeremy Holcomb. The team that did the installation were professional, did quality work and were very approachable. We did have some confusion on the amount of work to be done between the sales / install teams, but Cole quickly stepped in to clarify and the work was completed with little impact on the schedule. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
Eddie came out to look at our roof for possibility of replacement. After his inspection he gave us the good news. We only need a cleaning. What a great feeling knowing that a company is truly putting their customers first. Eddie went above and beyond to explain and talk us through information. He didn't have any expectations of us purchasing, but still gave his time to make sure we were happy. What a great guy. Da Bella is lucky to have him. Highly recommend Eddie!
Scott Harris is a real pro!!! We are dealing with a forced remodel that has been chaotic and we've been in a time crunch. Scott has been one of the few contractors that has been timely in responding to our questions and concerns. He's also well informed and has shown sensitivity to our situation. Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.
The meeting with Colin & Jay was professional and thorough. We learned things about roofing that we did not know. It took over an hour because we asked many questions, but considering the importance of making a major improvement to our house, it was worth it. The GAF system uses better quality underlayment products ( not felt paper) and also the project included re-doing the attic air venting. and that was a factor in us making a decision to hire them.
