Do not use this company. To start with their sales team were pushy, made all kinds of promises that were not kept. We did buy windows. We did buy the wrap that would cover our window sills. When they came to install, no wrap was told our windows were not a standard size. Replaced our sills with wood. Been told twice to leave us alone, we have a no soliciting sign. I, the wife, an the one who has dealt with them, yet my husband had mail addressed to him from them. Their tactics are gross and annoying.

Their sales people have repeatedly come to my house and they apparently can't read because I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my door and they continue to come on my property after I told them to leave. I have a no trespassing sign that is going up, and I will not hesitate to call the police and show them all the saved video clips of this companies reps continually coming on my property even though I have signs up!

Many of us homeowners have had our turns with home improvement service pitches. The folks that come to your house, do an evaluation, then consult you with what they recommend and it's always something you can't afford. That's what I was planning for. Irratatingly pushy. The people i met with at my home were pleasant. Found out not long after that I might not have a job in a month, and this was not an option at this time. Due to no fault of their own, they cannot help with my roof due to the poor manufacturing qualities allowed back in the 70's. However, they have fixed one friend/neighbors roof and are about to do another because of the great work already witnessed! Everyone who visited my property on behalf of DaBella were not only kind, but fun and easy to be frank with. I'd recommend Rick, Damion or anyone else from this company visit any day lol! This is follow-up to my review of 12/30/24. Just over a week after leaving my review, which included the mention of civil litigation and liability, I have a new roof being installed as I write this. I am assured it is the whole roof and of DaBella's high quality which includes the warranty I paid for 6 years ago. I have a feeling Xavier might have got the ball rolling after responding to my review, although we didn't connect by phone. Thank you Xavier, and anyone else who helped get my roof fixed!

I wouldn't recommend using this company for window replacement or anything else...they are strictly high pressure sales and after reading reviews elsewhere don't really follow their own business model. We were approached while working in our yard one evening in late October and the initial contact was very polite and professional.
