I received an unsolicited knock/doorbell ring at my door by a DaBella salesman. I did not answer the door, he then proceeded to knock & ring the doorbell 3 more times back to back. The last time was as he walked away. I had a sleeping baby and a dog barking at the door. Not sure if it's common practice for them to repeatedly knock and ring the doorbell if they're not answered but it is not a good way to earn business. Yesterday we were visited by two sales people from Dabella in Bellingham, Wa. They were very knowledgeable about their company and able to answer our questions. Our exchange was cordial and we were pleasantly surprised by the price quoted to replace our picture windows. Emily and Forrest are good representatives of their employer. Sherry E.

We signed a contract with DaBella for our roofing and it was extremely expensive, we were told we had three days to cancel our contract if we decided to do so and then when we called and asked for the cancellation forms before the three days were up having decided to go elsewhere DaBella said they couldn't cancel for us only put in a cancel request. Two salesmen showed up for an appointment with my husband while I was at work. He wanted to get an idea of the cost and any potential issues. What he encountered was unprofessional and pushy behavior. After the initial inspection, they provided an estimate that seemed high, but could have been justified with an explanation.
