We were promised a free evaluation of our roof and an estimate of what it might cost to replace it. Not only did the two representatives -- Mia Janzen and Darren Higgins -- provide those services, but they were knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They and their immediate boss also did their best to offer us the best price with several options to choose from. While we are still deciding whether to use DaBella, we were very pleased with our interaction with DaBella and especially with Mia and Darren.

We really enjoyed having Damion come and talk to us and tell us about how long DaBella has been in business. He was very thorough telling us about their windows (even when I had to ask questions 2 or more times about the difference between certain windows) lol). Jessi R. came out to my house in mid-January and gave me a quote for a new roof. She did a great inspection and put together a very reasonable quote for me. I was able to get the roof replacement scheduled within a week and the roof is set to be replaced tomorrow. This is a very professional and efficient process, and Jessi is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Jessi and Dabella for any roof, siding, or windows!

We've told DaBella three times we're not interested. My fiancé does this type of work for a living, so we would not pay a company to do it. Yesterday a salesman came by twice-- the second time he saw me working from home, rang the doorbell, and when I didn't answer he lingered on the porch knocking and calling out "hello, hello." It was uncomfortable, pushy, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this company based on other similar behavior in the reviews.

The company reached out after my review. They say my window screens are not under warranty. My emails are not answered and my call are sent to voicemail and will not return my calls. They are truly a horrible company. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them

Do not use this company. To start with their sales team were pushy, made all kinds of promises that were not kept. We did buy windows. We did buy the wrap that would cover our window sills. When they came to install, no wrap was told our windows were not a standard size. Replaced our sills with wood. ( I know I lost money on that deal)The glass door was order opening the wrong direction, because the other door was already tore out the only option was to have it put in upside down. And it leaks. Been told twice to leave us alone, we have a no soliciting sign. I, the wife, an the one who has dealt with them, yet my husband had mail addressed to him from them. Their tactics are gross and annoying.

Their sales people have repeatedly come to my house and they apparently can't read because I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my door and they continue to come on my property after I told them to leave. I have a no trespassing sign that is going up, and I will not hesitate to call the police and show them all the saved video clips of this companies reps continually coming on my property even though I have signs up!
