I was told DaBella's new roof was supposed to be more insulated. It was supposed to reduce the outside noise, and it did not.

I would not recommend to a friend. I wanted a certain type of window which I was told by the sales person (Alex) that they did supply them and I would receive the windows we requested and then when installing them, they were the wrong type and then told they did not manufacture them. Instead of calling me and letting us know, they just went ahead and made the windows that I specifically said I didn't want, but then it was too late. Overall sub- contractor did good job, but none of my concerns addressed with them or Dabella rep.

The experience was overall terrible and I would recommend that anyone else steer clear. Problems with DaBella included: 1. Financing Paperwork submitted with wrong price 2. Failure to communicate scheduling resulting in a no-call no-show 3. Failure to return calls within 48-hours on no less than 5 occassions 4. Job was scheduled nearly 2 months after the time I was quoted at the door 5. When the job began, the contractors that DaBella hired were unable to finish in time because materials were delayed. the 1-2 day job became ... read more
