It has been over a year and they still haven’t completed the job. Window installation and gutters were timely and great but the siding installation has been the worst experience in customer service.
I would not recommend Alpha Foundations!
I have a shower with different finish materials than we ordered. There is one trim piece that is the correct color or at least a different color. Don't try to change your mind and cancel the project. Once you sign you can't back out.
Overall workmanship was great, product appearance is great, installation process was very professional. Five of the window screens appear to have been damaged during shipping and were not replaced by DaBella. The contractor during installation noted the torn screens and one that was not square and stated that someone would be in touch. I have talked with Tyma Benge of DeBella, a rep from ALSIDE Window, and the installation contractor but have not received all my window screen replacements.
Can't believe I waited so long!
Terrible at communication. They promised "certified" installers then, after the job was complete, said there is no such thing as certified installers. Installers failed to show up one day. Neither DaBella or installers called. DaBella assumes customer knows more about the process than they do. Very pricey and not worth it.
