After 2 appointments (last one being July 11th) with the complaint of a lame right leg, there were no xrays taken and I was told it was possibly a ligament problem....unfortunately that was incorrect. Had to take her to an emergency vet an hour from home because my new work hours were the same as this clinic.At the emergency vet xrays were finally taken and she was diagnosed with bone cancer that had progressed beyond any treatment and will be losing my dog Chancey soon to cancer. Well Jasper been going here ever since he was 4 months old I had concerns over the flea tick and heartworm medication that health dogs that had no history of seizures or been on this medication for a while that all of a sudden develop a seizure from the medication bad enough that they had to put their dogs asleep and law suits are going the are paying simpatico is the medication so of course I’m going to be concern So I was worried plus he’s has the medication They put him on for allergies makes he’s act tired just not hi... read more

I’ll start off by saying I am very pleased with every interaction I have had with the large animal technicians, they are always very helpful and professional. The same cannot be said for the officer manager and receptionists. My pet was currently being treated for a urinary tract infection by this animal hospital and needed a refill of antibiotics due to a persistent infection. Nickel and dime you to death. They also charged me $10 to write a prescription for heartworm-flea and tick that I could get elsewhere a lot cheaper. You’d think they would be happy for me and thankful I was taking care of my dogs. $10 cost them a lifetime customer.
