Had an appt last Friday@ 3:30.........at 4:50 after several (dozens) of attempts to make eye contact I finally went to the counter and was immediately attacked by the counter lady ( as in its my fault) .After telling her that the way the clinic is handling my appt was unacceptable 2 more started to defend her. Congrats Chet on training people to ignore ,not care and engage your customers. You did real good !
